Uncover your natural energy, clarity and resolve to thrive
in your life and work
At Rising Minds, we understand that life can be both fulfilling and challenging.
We connect you with your natural energy and inspiration to thrive in whatever you do.
And we help you cultivate clarity and resolve to deal effectively with tough challenges.
As a social enterprise, we provide1-1 and group coaching and training programmes both for leaders and teams in organisations – particularly those seeking to have a positive social impact – and for people in the community.
Our simple, no-nonsense approach combines coaching with neuroscience-based mindfulness training. This cuts through the complexity of most models of personal and professional development, allowing you to discover what you really need to thrive: your deepest values, aspirations and strengths. We then help you take pragmatic action to make the changes you need.
Our people are highly skilled coaches and trainers. We’re rooted in the real world – with a broad range of backgrounds, and we’ve all been on a journey of deep self-exploration and transformation.
‘Adapting to New Normals’ New programme supporting organisations to adapt to our Covid reality
We can help your organisation adapt to fast-changing working conditions and challenges, and develop resilience to weather the storms ahead. The programme draws on our well-established range of 1-1 and group coaching, training and consultancy services for the workplace. Click here for more information.
Our coaching and training programmes are tailored to your needs. But we’ve noticed a common four-step process of change and development that our approach facilitates. It’s not always as linear as this, but usually encompasses some or all of the following:
1. Self-awareness: deep knowledge and appreciation of one’s true values, strengths, and motivators
2. Inner leadership: managing stress, organisation (time management, productivity), clear thinking
3. Outer leadership: building strong relationships, communication, influencing
4. Action: taking pragmatic, timely and effective action to bring about individual and collective change
