Ann-Mari Freebairn is Managing Director of Freebairn Coaching and Communications which provides a range of leadership and executive coaching services to individuals and teams across the corporate, public and voluntary sectors.  

 

Prior to training as a coach, she spent 20 years as a marketing and communications professional, working at executive level in the voluntary sector for a number of years.  

 

Having spent a year studying mindfulness in her early twenties, she is passionate about its benefits after experiencing the positive impact on her own life.  She also believes in the democratisation of coaching and in 2020 she set up her own not-for-profit coaching programme through which she’s helped many unemployed young women find work. 

 

She is therefore delighted to be supporting Rising Minds in its mission to make coaching and mindfulness available to those who are experiencing disadvantage in their lives.
